Due to our extensive marketing campaigns, a number of people [so called potential buyers, estate agents, etc.] will recognize the property and approach sellers by un-invitedly knocking on your door. Often sellers are tempted to show these people around, offering them a cup of tea/coffee and basically entertaining them for a couple of hours, then to never hear from them again.

On a number of occasions valuables were stolen from the house and in one incident the farmer [Seller] was assaulted.
